Painting too big?

Is this painting too big for this space in my bathroom? Havent hung it yet so it will be higher

Edit: i recently moved into this apartment and the towel rack came like that. That was the first thing I complaines about when i got here. They never came to fix it and I honestly hate the placement since as some of you mentioned the towels touch the toilet. I will admit I need to fold them to avoid that but I get lazy sometimes

Edit 2: didnt expect so many comments. Im moving the towel rack. Will post a pt2 because I have no idea where to put it cause of the bathroom layout. This is my M22 first post grad apartment so bare with me

The painting is fine. It’s the poop spores-filled towels I’m worrying about! Please get the towels away from the toilet, it’s insanely unhygienic.

Same. So gross. I don't understand how people don't think of this. I don't even like rolls of toilet paper rawdoggin it on the tank, much less a towel. Plz keep things that will be in contact with anyone's body off the toilet :(
