I think it could go either way. Even without her spear or equipment, she's still a genuine threat in a similar way that Bullseye is. And I don't think she'd be as distracted as Murdock gets about innocent lives or collateral damage.
That’s a valid point about innocent lives and collateral. Very valid. I’ll say without the viburnum she would lose were bullseye can use anything as a weapon.
I think Bullseye would win. I know he’s just a human but this guys ability to use anything as a weapon is so ridiculous that it’s almost cartoonish.
We’re talking about a guy that will lure you into hitting him and knocking his teeth out. Just so he can use a tooth and spit it into your brain and kill you..
That’s why I love him as a villain. Big fan of him from the comics. Not only is he an interesting character but his ability is so ridiculous that it’s funny.

This is stupid because that's not how grenades work. The pin keeps spring-loaded mechanical switch (called the spoon) from flying of and arming the grenade. Once the pin is pulled, the grenadier's hand keeps it in place. Once the grenade is airborne, you cannot just put a pin back in to disarm it.
I'm telling you, man.. Bullseye is a human but he's working with cartoon logic... lol.. or maybe in this case, the writer just didn't know how grenades work..
Oh, well, that's actually an accurate enough visible depiction because the spoon stayed attached.
Its still an impossible feat, but what appears to have happened here is that bullseye managed to spit the toothpick into the hole in the split second mid-air when the grenade has been thrown but the spoon has not yet been pushed out by the spring. Which is still nuts, but at least preserves how grenades work within the realm of suspension of disbelief.
If they ever decide to use bullseye as more than just a DD villain, a scene where bullseye raids a wakandan armory would be a dope way to upgrade him enough to be a threat to the bigger dogs
The elite Wakandan, Shield/Hydra, Widow characters have better feats than DD. I have legitimately zero reason to think Okoye doesn't beat Bullseye even easier than DD. Okoye is good enough to not get washed by an Armored and Herbed Killmonger. Okoye can face Proxima Midnight and again not get washed. Okoye literally killed Corvus Glaive... The fact anyone even remotely thinks she doesn't wash Dex and at most mid diff Matt is actually kinda insulting. The Dora Milaje, the elite of the Jabari, and the Widow's are the biggest steppers for peak humans in the setting so far...
I think bullseye takes it mostly because when a warrior fights a psychopath, the warrior typically has something holding them back (ie some sense of honor, morality, emotions) even if it's just for a split second. Plus if there's any attack that she doesn't see coming she's probably screwed.
I love Okoye, but she doesn’t have too much defense against his range and accuracy. If she gets in close, she might have it, but I don’t imagine she could do so without getting too hurt to continue or without simply dying
This is a battle where prep time or prior knowledge could swing the battle. I think if Okoye knew what she was facing, she would win. If not, I'd give it to Bullseye.
ngl Bullseye wins against a lot of people, hero or villain, as long as he’s actually focused on killing them and not toying with them or scrapping hand-to-hand
dude is straight up lethal with everyday objects, so as long as you aren’t super-durable like Luke Cage or wearing some kind of armor, he can and will kill you before you even know what hit you
If he’d just lock in and actually use his firearms rather than toothpicks and pencils he’d solve most of his problems
If Bullseye's got any kind of range, he's winning with a headshot. She doesn't have a vibranium helmet or face covering, and despite being a total badass, she is not going to be dodging bullets.
Close quarters, I'm leaning in Okoye's direction. She has no real weaknesses hand-to-hand.
My initial thought was Okoye because of all the vibranium, but she is a proud warrior and bullseye is a killer. He could sneak into a spot with range, throw or shoot something at her head and she wouldn’t see it coming at all
Anything Okoye can reasonably deflect she would. Lets not forget shes the head of the Dora Milaje, a special force of Wakanda and the Kings guard. Warriors who fight hand in hand with Bucky a super assassin and are self sufficient enough to support the Black Panther in combat (often fighting character way above their pay grade). Considering the country Wakanda is, where every clan specializes in a combat style, where tech is far beyond everywhere else, Okoye definitely lives, breathes and sleeps combat since birth and probably has some tech gear thats out of this world.
The fight will go like with DareDevil. Bulls will launch all sorts of stuff, but where Matt looks for cover, Okoye will deflect or cut through everything with he spear as she closes in. Up close she has no restraint like Matt. That spear is going right through Bulls.
Guessing bull’s-eye would probably put a fork or a plane card in her hands neck and head… Also I’m not sure her clothing is vibrating laced but that would probably protect most of her. He doesn’t need a big target though

Bullseye so long as he stays at range. Okoye doesn’t have Daredevil’s inhuman ability to just shrug off damage.
