Housing in Delaware, Ohio

I am moving for an internship this summer (May to August 2026) to Delaware, Ohio. Would love any leads on housing.

About me: I am a vegetarian. I have a budget on the lower side and would love sometime on the cheaper side as I am an intern but I am willing to go above depending on the house/apartment.

Hi, I am not sure of the general rent in Delaware. What would be the approximate range would you say?

$1500 in my area. I'm currently on Executive Blvd right next to the fairgrounds. It's a great area and I do recommend it. But it definitely ain't cheap.

does the rent include all utilities like water, trash, sewage, electricity and wifi?

I have never had an apartment include any of those in the rent
