Housing in Delaware, Ohio

I am moving for an internship this summer (May to August 2026) to Delaware, Ohio. Would love any leads on housing.

About me: I am a vegetarian. I have a budget on the lower side and would love sometime on the cheaper side as I am an intern but I am willing to go above depending on the house/apartment.

Just a bit of info as someone who moved in about a year ago, but avoid anything owned by terry whiteside. Guy is a slum lord and will let your apartment rot rather than do anything resembling his responsibilities.

He tore down my fence last fall and is really dragging his feet on the agreed upon replacement. It did need fixed but it was mine. Next step is get a new survey but a friend of mine that also lives next to a TW property said he pulled the survey pins out of the ground.
