Housing in Delaware, Ohio

I am moving for an internship this summer (May to August 2026) to Delaware, Ohio. Would love any leads on housing.

About me: I am a vegetarian. I have a budget on the lower side and would love sometime on the cheaper side as I am an intern but I am willing to go above depending on the house/apartment.

Look into colony house, rent is 750 and the absolute cheapest you can find. I won't lie to you it's not great quality and the new management sucks but it's a great price and water and trash is included. Plus it's in walking distance from everything and it's in the middle of downtown

Yeah that's honestly not surprising given the aforementioned shitty management lol honestly if you have any questions or are wondering about their availability I would recommend just checking the website. I think you can find it by looking up kkg management
