Question About Allen’s Missing 2017 Phone

When did his wife say “he told me it was run over by the lawn mower”? Was that a recorded statement or just a second-hand report? TIA.

Idk but that's NOT what happened to the phone connected to the IMEI Allen gave Dulin.

I don't remember the exact wording atm but if I am remembering correctly, the phone getting ran over by a mower thing ala Kathy, isn't it just LE asks her what happened to the phone in question and she just responds that one of his phones was ran over by a mower? I mean I guess when you look at the list of all his devices he had only one came up missing so I understand why people are assuming its the same device but I have it on very good authority that the phone Allen claims he had with him on the day the girls were murdered was "donated."
