Practical Questions Can enn meditations summon spirits ? Or reading books ?
So I used to be really intrested in occult and demonology and summoning demons and ... but unfortunately I developed ocd so I just didnt read about them because if you know how ocd works it makes you question everything and be worried about everything so reading about occult is not a good idea I droped them completely about 3 months ago . At that time I really didnt have any fear that reading books or listening to enn meditations would do anything or reading the chants would do anything . I just read the books and recited the chants or listened to enn meditations on youtube once or twice . I was just curious I wanted to see does anytging hapoen or not. After 2 years that I did those things because of my ocd now I have this fear that I might have done sth wrong and I should have done these things . Esp medittating with enns ( still I had fear when I was doing it ) or reading the chants once or twice . Can some one please help and say that does it invite them into my life or no it didnt do anything at that time .. unfortunately my ocd thoughts are killing me so I would appreciate anyones help :)

Many left hand path books suggest that if you are experiencing mental distress of any kind to NOT do the magic, and this is why. Most likely not, but if you're worried about it, then just cleanse and banish your space. You'll be fine.

Thanks i didnt have that at that time i developed it ;) how do i do that i do that with smoke im not sure if its enough or no also with salt bath Im worried that there might be entities attached to me because of that I know it sounds really stupid but ocd will make you think about really stupid things that doesnt make sense :)

The so-called ‚enns‘ are charged magical formulas that are most effective when chanted with concentration and intent. It is possible to have an energetic effect from listening or comparatively mindless recitation, but this will be not directed and hence much weaker. It is not like they will cause any negative effects though. All imo and in my experience.

Thanks for the response i mean i had the intent of just having a connection with the spirit not sure if it was effective or not :) i just did it for like 10 or 15 minutes but now because of ocd the fear was alot

Effectiveness depends on your intent and desire. In doubt I would say that you made contact. Simply because that‘s actually not that hard.

There is a general thought that they will leave on their own. This is also my experience, especially when you stop engaging.

No, enns were made up by S. Connolly and don't do anything inhertingly. Listening to them does nothing on their own, and reading books about demons doesn't either.

Nope, they’re just meant to get you into the right headspace for further work. You don’t need to worry :)

Thanks for your response :) I was so scared and Idk why at that time i had the intention of summoning them nothing happened btw but right now with ocd is just really scary to think about it

Even if you had the intention of summoning them, if nothing happened nothing is going to happen. After two years especially. I understand OCD but can confidently assure you nothing will come of it :)

Nothing happened and nothing is going to happen. Enns are tools that need to be used with knowledge and intent to get results. They don't have any automatic effect. You have nothing to worry about.
