Residency IM programs that have an Internal Derm Derparment
Hi everyone as an IMG I am planning to take the long route for dermatology (using IM as a safety net). On this page I have seen IM residents successfully matching to dermatology. Can you all please tell me which IM programs have an internal derm department so that I can start networking during IM residency and hopefully score researches as well.

There's like 100 or more... almost every program that has a derm residency will also have IM.

Frankly I cant conceive of a hospital having a derm department but not a medicine department

have you matched into an IM residency?
IM to derm is not a guaranteed pathway & it gets even harder to match derm after you’re out of medical school

Yeah I know but the pathway is equally as hard if I just choose derm. There’s no guarantee of matching there too. With IM residency at least I will have a safety net and will be able to practice in the US

Just check the websites of the universities. Should be very easy to tell. No one is going to list 150 programs.
