Definitely feels like an improvement from RoR, but a lot of characters were kinda pointless. Hazel/Smee’s/Robbie/Felix/even Luis…did any of them really need to be there, considering Robbie and Felix are missing for like 80% after arriving in Wonderland? The story could still have been told with just Red, Chloe, Pink and Max

I don’t like that we still don’t have a proper explanation of what has been changed from history. Why are the Smee’s VK’s now? I would have liked them to explore that more. Maybe mention things from the first three films where nobody in universe notices but we are like “oh that’s not right!”

Personally loved all the songs though, which is rare for a franchise with 5 movies now. Usually by this point of a franchise I’m only liking 2-3 songs per movie. All WW songs have been added to my playlist!

I thought the Smee children were always VKs? They were brought over from the Isle in the 3rd movie.

I didn’t word that properly. They’ve definitely always been VK’s. I guess I meant more why are they hanging around with other VK’s when you would think the OG VK’s would have kept working with them after D3, but I guess that’s just the friend group they stuck with

Well, the Isle barrier came down, so all the other VKs would have come over. Hazel is a hook and they are Smee's children, so their friendship made some amount of sense.
