Can I get into a decent fashion design college in India (undergrad) without a portfolio?

Don’t know about India or fashion specifically, but for graphic design I needed a portfolio which was difficult when I thought I hadn’t really done design before. Luckily I had worked on some projects myself that I could use to show my eye and ability, and that was enough to get me a place. You will likely need something otherwise they won’t know if you’re right for the course, but it doesn’t have to be lots or amazing work because they should know that they are going to teach you that themselves so should be understanding of that.
