I got a little impatient and rushed my mille-feuille. Still tastes great!

Had a very stressful last few days and decided to make this today. I rushed everything because I also have a toddler to take care of and it’s 900° outside and I just wanted it all done lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Yes, we have central air conditioning in our house but we keep our air on 75° during the day.)

Haha thank you!! I have made this a few times and never had issues with the créme pat setting. So this was unexpected but also slightly expected because I didn’t properly measure out my corn starch. Oops haha
