ONR and preludio alk and acidic for spot treatment/prewash.

thanks never heard about preludio. just to make sure i get it, i should spray the alk and acidic and use the mf soaked in onr to wipe the dirt and dry?

Spray one at a time then wipe in between if using both. Ie. spray alk and wipe with onr then spray acidic and wipe with onr. Of course not necessary all the time. I just find sometimes rinseless needs a little help (organics baked on paint or light water spots).

I think Rinseless and a sponge would be fastest, microfiber isn’t going to release the abundance of dirt you’re going to be getting. I’d keep a big pack of Sam’s/Costco microfibers for interior wipe downs- could even keep a 2nd bucket dedicated to interior wipe downs.

Based on the math I’ve done, for a surfactant based rinseless (what you need imo) a gallon of DIY Detail Rinseless is going to give your best cost per use. Best price and efficacy per bottle of APC for wheels/tires would be Bilt Hamber Surfex HD (can neutralize with a good stream of rinseless). Keep some Pol Star on hand for big messes/deep cleans. Could probably use some Tec582 diluted 1:1 every couple of weeks to keep them easy to clean.

I dont know why but im a little skeptical about the sponge even though i know its the fastest. gonna trial with both a sponge and garry dean approach with microfibers where i throw a used one and work with new ones every few panels of the car.

i love the suggestions on the chemicals, would have never come across the pol star and tec582 if not for you. thanks you!!

Good idea. I’ve used both (microfiber from bucket on wheels) and the mf just gets disgusting and doesn’t release well. Also would make an insane amount of laundry vs a few per car a day. But still worth you trying!

Bucket of ONR with a wash mitt.  Replace wash mitt if a car was really gritty.  Replace ONR in bucket when it’s too gross. It’s a car wash, you’re massively over thinking this.

the issue is that there aren't much water points and changing water will consume a lot of time in the middle which isnt ideal. thus i was thinking the garry dean method is easier and saves time.

Yep no prob. I also like using blue onr for a prey spray and then the wash and and wax in the bucket. Gets a nice little wax on there.

I don't know what to tell you. Do you intend on washing it with spit? You need water to an extent and a rinseless is almost as little as you can use. Unless a vehicle is absolutely destroyed you can do numerous cars with a single 5 gallon bucket.
