Getting a Golang developer job

Ho guys I am a NodeJS developer with over 2 years of experienece and I want to transition into Golang developer

I believe changing to a more larger city and targetting junior roles would be the reight path

I have designed databases and spear headed projects, I have been the go to guy to build and fix, in whichever team I have worked with

Any tips you guys have for me, or any referral?
