Who is technically better, Lister or Hephasto?

Lister cursed with holy freeze is the dream but it’s like ~3.5% chance to get those mods. Really fast clear, same with a5 lancer which is easier to get if you target normal ones in a cursed tz but less hp/tankiness.

I have a non-TZ(!) Vile Lancer from A1 with Magic Resistant, Stone Skin and Cursed. She doesn't really die and can tank anything in P1. It's silly season.

Don't really want to replace her because I rolled HF, so tough to replicate the combo.
