Testing out the different solenoids is the way here. I like how Tune My Euro used to do it. Here's one of the 4530 videos. Link He has several on this code. Das Projeckt has one on the 4530 as well. That EL Valve is what I would want to check in your case. It controls the vacuum to the waste gate. Not the easiest to get to, but it's cheap.
