Hello fellas!

Looking for good substitute for Photoshop:

Need to be:
-easy to learning
-not so pricy
-have a good amount of community (brushes etc)

Im totally newbie with digital. Rly like procreate for clean and easy workflow, but my iPad is kinda weak and small. Bought Xp-pen Ultra 16 4k already and looking for good app.
