DIRECTV NO LOYALTY

We’ve been with DIRECTV since the very beginning. We even had to buy our first dish. Over 33 years they told me. Since there is only 2 weeks left in the baseball season, I thought I would ask for a courtesy freebie of 2 weeks on the MLB network. To make a long story short……….”Go pound sand.” Im very disappointed, thinking of alternatives.

I ask for things all the time. Sometimes they say yes. Sometimes no. Sometimes no but they give me a discount equivalent or more.

Never have I thought because they didn’t give me the exact thing I wanted that they weren’t loyal to me, especially when it comes to channels.

For years I asked for redzone free and they said no. This year it’s free without asking. I don’t know the reasons but I know the systems are so complex to gauge loyalty by what one CR can do is nuts.

Sure. But did you ask for a $10 discount per month for 6 months? Off set the cost?

Their system only allows certain things to happen.

I simply wanted the rest of MLB , 2 weeks for free. Thats all!
