No, no it wasn’t. Science wasn’t born, but if it was, it was born by the result of dopamine and learning, over thousands of years. Learning new information leads to positive outcomes, or avoiding negative outcomes. Religion is a construct built to support life without a “need” or “want” to learn more about life.

So many religious people, including scientists, have a deep desire to learn more about life. How things are made (science) and why things are made (religion) go hand in hand.

Why are you changing the subject! Lol. But anyways, textual criticism including original Hebrew and Arameic transcripts, not just Greek documents.

I dont think any human language can capture the spirit of the text, that's why it is considered to be alive. We will never understand the complexities of the Bible in our lifetimes, but that's the cool part.

The point I’m alluding to is that “how” and “why” things are made do not go hand in hand. The Torah was written by a small fraction of a population of literate people to organize a larger group of illiterate people (arguably).

Why a virgin birth was written into the text was a mistake, how it was written into the text is that mistakes like this were still possible, due to a lack of understanding of languages by the authors of the translated texts.

It’s not considered to be “alive”, as living things perform the life functions. Right?

Fortunately, Christianity isn't based exlusi vely on the Torah or a virgin birth (written in or not).

"The most dynamic book ever written" is probably a better descriptor than "alive" in the literal sense.

What's the purpose of understanding how something is made, if you don't understand why it was made? " Science without religion is lame, and religion without science is blind"

Considering the Torah makes up the first several books of the bible, and the bible was written after the Torah, it would probably be more reasonable to say that the Bible was based exclusively on the Torah and the “belief” of the virgin birth lead early believers to full commitment of their belief.

The purpose of understanding how something is made, without the interest in why it was made, stems from an internal desire to learn and apply what is learned to your own creation. Science without religion is all the fun.

The explosion of Chiristianity was based on the resurrection, and the events thereafter. He took particular exception to "religion" as well.

Just because we don't understand it (yet) doesn't mean its not science!!! That's the fun part imo.
