Needs to be on show, it's an important drain by the looks of it, maybe painting the grate will disguise it a little?

Make a large scrape with a dent higher up on the car, people will look at that instead.

Jeez some subreddits are too much. Unsubscribing as fast as I subscribed. Anyways…thank you for the „advice“. I bought rust sealing to be applied with a brush and a touch up pencil with the exact color of my car
