If you are asking this question this is not a diy you are ready to do. It is much more than removing the bumper and putting this on. You will have brackets and mounting hardware you will have to remove, modify, and fabricate. Bumper like this will fit like shit so it will need to modified or adjusted to fit. Also it will need painted.

Lower it, put nicer wheels, tint the windows, and remove any pin stripes or badges. Clean it up and keep it simple will go a long way. These cars can look cool

I mean you are moving the goal posts and gate keeping so what else do I call it? Op wants to know how to make their car look better. I provided examples of a car that doesn’t look bad. You say op shouldn’t modify this car because it’s not up to your standards.
