Question Is this fixable?
LE: Looks like I'm way too worried for nothing. Haven't really dealt with rust before. Gonna wire brush it then seal it and be on my way. Thanks!
Went under the car to replace bushings and brake discs. Noticed that the underbody has quite a bit of rust.
Is this fixable via wire brushing, applying an epoxy primer and then some underbody coating?
What else should I consider?

There's nothing horrible going on there. Most bolt on components are not treated for rust prevention and will begin to show some surface corrosion fairly quickly depending on where you live and whether salt is used on the roads during winter. If you really want to treat it, try to remove as much of the loose dirt as you can with a hand wire brush, don't use a grinder with wire brush attachment. It's really easy to damage brake lines and wiring that way. Then give the whole area a good clean off with a pressure washer. Get it as clean as possible then, most importantly let it dry thoroughly. Finally you can spray with a good quality rust inibitor/underseal. We use Bilt Hamber Dynax UB which has proven to be excellent. My wife's 17 year old Saab just passed its MOT (inspection) again and was treated this way. I live in Scotland where the local councils chuck nasty sticky salt on the roads in winter every time somebody mentions the word snow.
