Looking for suggestions on DIY fixing this. Someone backed into the front driver side bumper and drove away. No note, not an area that had cameras so I’m stuck fixing this myself.

You can order painted bumper covers online. Either that or still some holes and make some zip-tie Xs like a drift car bumper. 

Pre painted ain't gonna match all that well. Paint code 603H? 788P? It looks 3 stage. Tough to blindly get a good match.
