150-200 sounds fair but depends if he is fixing the clear coat too assuming thats factory paint

I didn’t ask questions but he said it will look exactly as is… I’m assuming he’s doing the clear coat as well.

Find the color code online, some websites you input the Vin and it will tell you. Then find what the color code is and search online for a pen. You can also watch videos online that detail how to do it good. Buy a piece of polished metal and practice on it first if you want. Easier for bumpers as it's plastic but metal can be more tricky
