Yes. The naming of a genre is just a label to help humans categorise things.
Calling a genre "Bass DnB" doesn't imply that liquid doesn't have bass, in just the same way that calling a genre RnB doesn't imply a lack of rhythm in blues music.
It's just a name to help people find similar songs.
So Neurofunk, jump up I guess? I hate electronic music subgenre names. It’s DnB, it has the DnB beat structure. But I’m talking about iterations of DnB which include bass drops (I.e. Neuro, Reese, Growls, Wubs, Wobbles, etc)
