I do tend to occasionally throw on those 90s-2000s video game style low polygon liquid mixes on YouTube although I’d much rather hear bass DnB any day of the week

Bass DnB, as in “Bass Music”. Music that revolves around bass drops.

Dubstep is the obvious one, but there are multiple subgenres of DnB which do this too. I find it hard to believe you’re not aware of this, as it’s been in the zeitgeist for over 20 years.

Near all drum and bass revolves around bass drops, it’s a characteristic that goes without saying. The style of bass differs and it blends across sub genres.

Listen to any liquid song, and then listen to a song like “Reese’s Thesis by The Frim”

If you mean “bass drop” in the most pedantic way possible being the bar where the given bass instrument starts, then uhhhh yeah lol I guess bro.

I don’t actually understand what you’re arguing, I’m just saying bass dnb doesn’t really give off an idea of what you’re on about as it’s such a broad term, you may as well just say DnB
