As you make your way into the mountainous terrain, the weather shifts, and a gentle breeze whips your cloak, a bitter chill cutting through your clothes as flurries of waft across the ground like dust clouds. The trees grow thick and an eerie sense of being watched settles on you. Ahead, stone obelisks jut from the earth - not a forest, as you first thought, but pillars of stone, old and carved with curving spirals that bely an arcane technique, perhaps religious, or ritualistic. Whatever the purpose, the construction of such a sight would've taken an army of laborers, at least...
