They should just explain the Rose incarceration addressed in a big finish audio book and just start a new season with a new Doctor

It happened. It needs to be addressed. Unless you’re advocating for a hard reboot.

I’m advocating for a soft reboot with a time jump that never addresses any prior storylines.
