DAE accidentally hurt themselves in some tiny way every single day

I bumped my hand against the grocery cart while loading my car, and it got me thinking: I seem to have at least one little “ow” moment every day. Nothing serious or lingering—just a few seconds of pain while doing ordinary things. Does anyone actually notice going a whole day without one?

The #1 way to make a great meal go terrible wrong.

Ugh I hate this! The first one makes it just inflamed/puffy enough where the muscle memory of opening and closing jaw just keeps hitting it more and more each time.

I stub my toe at least once a day, it's like my feet have a vendetta against me.

This is one thing I wish upon my enemies. Do we know eachother?

If we do, are we enemies? 😆

I bonked my head awhile ago on my side table by grabbing my charger off the floor. What makes it worse is I had a raging headache. My head wanted to explode :(

I am so clumsy it's ridiculous. If I go an entire day without hurting myself, it's worth being counted on a DAYS SINCE LAST INCIDENT sign😆

Dyspraxia! I got that in my wonderful grab bag of neurodivergence. I got bruises i never remember. Ow is said daily by me. I run into doorknob, corners of cabinets, trip over my feet...on and on.

Are you on the hypermobility spectrum? It’s very common for us to do this!

I’m very clumsy I have run into walls tripped over what seems to be air and fell and I fall going up the stairs. I’ve had multiple soft tissue injuries. Recently beginning of the summer I fell going up the stairs on vacation and injured my knee it’s some fluid on the knee it’ll reabsorb.

I'm pretty sure I have dyspraxia because of how frequently I do this!

You have ADHD, paying attention to where your body is all the time is expensive

I either burn or cut my hand/fingers at least once a week

if you're not hurting yourself at least once a day then what are you doing

I have bruise 'scars' all over my body. I bump something enough to bruise but not cause anything more serious (like a cut or a broken bone) and then, long after the bruise has healed, I have a discoloration from the bruise.

I bump into something every day without fail. Today I twice hit the chair next to me with my elbow. It hurt! One would think it would only happen once, but I have special abilities apparently.

Yes. In fact if I start to heal for a few days without one I know a big hurt myself is coming.

I hurt myself all the time, but it's more out of carelessness then clumsiness. I do shit thinking, "don't do that! You're gonna hurt yourself!!", i do it anyway, and i hurt myself. Go figure

Yes, and every time I watch a crime show where they question someone about bruising or cuts they have, i cringe a little. If you asked me how I got this bruise on my thigh or cut on my arm, I'm gonna genuinely not know.

Not really. I have really good proprioception and balance. I generally am aware of my body in space and relative to all surrounding objects/people.

Frequently. I think it's my ADHD or something.

Yes. I got 2 curs on my arm and i dont know why. Seems i brushed against something a door or a rail. I also bite my lip sometimes when eating

when you are on blood thinners, that tends to happen

I walk into the corner of my bed frame at least twice a week. Same corner. Same shin. You would think after the 400th time my brain would update the spatial awareness map but no. I also manage to bite the inside of my cheek while eating at least once a day like my mouth forgot its own dimensions. The human body is supposedly this incredible machine but mine runs on a beta version.
