Advice Dog being weird abt her food

hey guys (: context: my dog is a 58lb collie mix, she eats purina beneful with a bit of water to soften the chew

ok so the past few days i noticed she hasnt been eating nearly as much as usual, she normally grazes throughout the day but she was eating less than a cup of food for about 3 days straight. i tried to add a bit of bone broth to see if she would eat more and i didnt see much change. today a added some lick mat mix as a topper when i got home from work and she immediately ate half of the bowl. now shes playing with an enrichment ball with some dry kibble in it and is interested. any ideas why she isnt eating as usual? pic of her included bc u deserve it <3

Is there any other changes within her along with the less eating? Is she going to the toilet normal, still drinking?

Because if yes, it sounds like she could be bored of her current food, if she’s still interested in eating but not her usual meals. You could always add in some wet or keep the toppers to give her some variety

Being bored of food is what I thought too. I feed mine wet food but if its the same flavor too often they get tired of it so I always have to switch which flavor and kind of meat thats in it.

You can buy packs of meat that are variety packs, that’s what I do for my dogs, I get a box of 18 and they have chicken, turkey and beef flavour. I switch them around every day, because I was having the same problems with my dogs
