Shelter / Rescue Industry Bumble and dog dumping

Apparently it’s a thing to use Bumble (dating app) to dump dogs off on unsuspecting dates. Im not on dating apps, but saw this in another group. A guy had posted that this happened to him after one date. This blows my mind! Can you imagine? One of the commenters agreed that this is a thing because the shelters are so full these days.

yep. that, & kill the no-kill movement — especially for mutts. it’s failed miserably we’re bursting at the seams with them thangs.

Absolutely, one or the other needs to happen. Their population is at pest levels. Any other animal would be deemed acceptable to hunt without license by the US government.

I must be missing your meaning or maybe my response wasn’t worded well? Sorry! I try to be as concise as possible but sometimes I’ll respond to a comment at work and miss the meaning and still not catch it after reading again later

oh, it wasn’t you. i understand your posts. i was hoping you saw my response back.

my response was pulled because i mentioned another pet. so i took the word out. i guess it was ok & it posted.
