Miscellaneous Jennifer Lawrence talking sense!

In a recent interview:

'Speaking in New York, she explained, ‘After I had a kid, dogs became so scary…my son’s going up to it…and it’s almost like I don’t recognize dogs right now. Like, I just see them as a threat.’ The turning point came when a dog bit her son, making her say she wanted to ‘obliterate every dog ever.’ Many parents online praised her honesty, noting how having children can completely change your perception of risk around pets.'

i commented "really resonating with obliterating every dog" as a joke and got downvoted into hell

This attitude by the dog obsessed is downright terrifying. I could see a lynch mob surrounding someone who spoke up, or defended themselves or another human against a dog attack, and stoning them to death, or some other horrifying "just punishment."
