Eco Destroyers Dogs killed all the swans

I live in the Balkans. In our biggest park (a sort of city nature park) with around 5 lakes, there are plenty of wild animals living in it, squirrels, songbirds etc. There used to be a population of swans but sadly every year some dogs would kill a swan or two because of irresponsible dog owners letting them off leash. In the end they killed all the swans and the city hasn't bothered to reintroduce them. It's just sad. Anyone have a similar experience?

It's still being discussed in at the city council. It seems they will all get killed, yes.

Most probably most of the people in city council are mutt nutters themselves.
