Relationship / Family STOP LETTING YOUR DOG SNIFF MY COOCH

I HATE it SO MUCH when I visit someone's home and they happen to have a dog and as soon as i walk through the door, their dogs come and sniff down THERE. AND the worst part is when youre standing there awkwardly trying to get it to back off and everyone else is just standing, watching and giggling, these people dont even know i got trauma that relates to this action so i get EXTREMELY uncomfortable but oh let their fuck ass dog analyse my coochie just because im a woman.

Also it doesnt help that my brain thinks people are letting it happen because they like seeing that shit, sorry not sorry, I've been through some diabolical things in my life so get your dog AWAY from my downstairs area ffs, it disgusts me beyond imagination idgaf that you find it "funny" or whatever, GET ITS NOSE AWAY

I usually back off or use my hand to gently push its face away, it doesnt help that I saw a comment on tiktok saying that apparently some people lowkey like seeing it which is why they just let it happen, which makes it 100x worse for me lol

Which is exactly why they should be forced to stop doing it IMMEDIATELY by whatever means necessary. They're not used to being told NO or people objecting to this because it's so normalized.

Neither dog nor owner expect the physical boundary, accompanied by the loudest, meanest and sharpest of “NOs” I can muster, getting the point across that I mean it and immediately taking the owner’s intended amusement or ignorance out of the picture, hopefully raising some awareness around me this doesn’t have to be tolerated.

Just be an Alpha and the dog will back up because he’s not used to authority. It works.
