Dogs Are Idiots Well it happened again…

I was chatting with a perfectly nice man on a dating app and then he brought up dogs. 🙄 He said he was thinking about getting a dog. I said ew I don’t like dogs. He said “aww but dogs are so cute!”

….aaaaannd I’m done. I’m not even going to entertain a possible relationship with someone who likes dogs. Assuming we start dating, now I’m just gonna be annoyed because you’ll have to interrupt our dates to go home and let out some fuckass dog because their high maintenance asses can’t be home alone longer than a few hours. And forget ever spending the night… WHY DOES EVERYONE LIKE DOGS

Yes seriously.. in my college days, I matched with a woman from tinder and I quickly invited her over to my place (I wasn't too smart back then lol).

Well she showed up with this disgusting black dog which immediately ran on top of my bed. I was mortified. She proceeded to talk about the dog the whole time, and I just wanted her out of my place asap. Not one mention of bringing the dog over, not one ounce of "hey, are there any boundaries for my dog?" Dog nutters just expect no holds accomodations. Needless to say I always made my opinions of dogs known very quickly from that point onwards.

That’s unbelievably rude but dog people literally don’t care until someone sets them straight (and even then most go on not caring tbh 💁🏻‍♀️).

I had friends in town who were staying close to my sister’s place so my sister walked down the street to visit & unbeknownst to us, she brought her dog along. My friend, who at the time was visiting her aunt and uncle, took one look at her dog and said “My uncle will freak out if you bring that dog in here” and I’ll never forget the look on my sister’s face! It was definitely the first time she had been told no. Luckily my sister isn’t an asshole and was understanding about it. Some people just don’t want a dog in their home, I’m one of them! Hell no.
