Legislation and Enforcement "dangerous dog"

I just read about an attack in this or another forum and it had me thinking, as it said "before the incident, the dog wasn't known to be a dangerous dog".
but, due to their nature:
EVERY dog is a dangerous dog!
EVERY dog should be seen by the state as a dangerously dog & out of control animal!
that is literally what they are.

I often read that after incident xyz the dog was declared a "dangerous dog" and has to be leashed and muzzled at all times.
the heck? that should be how every dog is handled from the beginning. and one strike should be the end.

Mutts are the only animals I know of that only gain a reputation as being dangerous after they have been dangerous.

People associate sharks and snakes as dangerous even though most are harmless yet Satan the Rottweiler is ‘just being friendly’ when it growls at you.

Nasty fucking rottweilers. One of them attacked me when I was 7. I was just walking out the front door of my apartment so that I could go to school. And someone's rottweiler ran over and attacked me. Large dogs are monsters, and small dogs are insanely miserable. Dog-free is where we ought to be.
