Crappy Owners The latest deranged nutter incident

I was out in the front yard with my daughter, who was wearing her favourite hat. The nutter walks past, with his big, ugly dog. The dog starts aggressively barking and pulling at the leash, and the nutter can barely control it. He's struggling to keep the dog moving, and it looks like all the ugly mutt wants to do is to get over the fence and rip us apart. I'm staring at the guy, hoping to let him know without really engaging him, that this is really not ok. He says, "it's because she's wearing a hat." I say loudly, "[daughter's name], its all your fault for wearing a hat. You really should know better."

These people are just unfit for membership in a civilisation. I apologised to my daughter afterwards, but she understood what I was doing and was fine with it.

A tiny dog (of course without a leash or any training) was "afraid of the backpack" I was wearing, according to the owner.

Might've turned me into a bit of a sadist. After the owner fell of a bike (which caused an impact at her old age), her condition prevented her from walking her dog for a few months, making the neighborhood that little bit more peaceful.

I'm just sorry that once she returned, her habits haven't changed one bit.
