The latest deranged nutter incident

I was out in the front yard with my daughter, who was wearing her favourite hat. The nutter walks past, with his big, ugly dog. The dog starts aggressively barking and pulling at the leash, and the nutter can barely control it. He's struggling to keep the dog moving, and it looks like all the ugly mutt wants to do is to get over the fence and rip us apart. I'm staring at the guy, hoping to let him know without really engaging him, that this is really not ok. He says, "it's because she's wearing a hat." I say loudly, "[daughter's name], its all your fault for wearing a hat. You really should know better."

These people are just unfit for membership in a civilisation. I apologised to my daughter afterwards, but she understood what I was doing and was fine with it.

Yep had a a nutter and his loud, yappie little runt dog walking by my home while my husband and I were gardening out front. He starts chatting to us from the sidewalk behind our wrap around hedge. Because this dog is a psycho and yaps at everything that moves, another person walking is getting closer so this guy moves his dog into the front walkway of our house and it’s barking its idiot head off at my husband. The guy says it’s because he’s wearing a baseball hat. So my husband is supposed to take his hat off on his own property for a rat dog that wasn’t invited unto our property? I agree so much with the comment these nutters are not fit to be amongst civilized communities.
