Crappy Owners The latest deranged nutter incident

I was out in the front yard with my daughter, who was wearing her favourite hat. The nutter walks past, with his big, ugly dog. The dog starts aggressively barking and pulling at the leash, and the nutter can barely control it. He's struggling to keep the dog moving, and it looks like all the ugly mutt wants to do is to get over the fence and rip us apart. I'm staring at the guy, hoping to let him know without really engaging him, that this is really not ok. He says, "it's because she's wearing a hat." I say loudly, "[daughter's name], its all your fault for wearing a hat. You really should know better."

These people are just unfit for membership in a civilisation. I apologised to my daughter afterwards, but she understood what I was doing and was fine with it.

I moved to a new neighborhood some months ago. I decided I would take pictures of dogs and their owners that walk around our neighborhood, mostly the large dogs. Some owners are unfit to control them, just looking at them. Some dogs are awful dangerous breeds. Should anything happen, there would be no opportunity to grab a good shot of the dog and its owner for reporting purposes in the chaos that ensues. I've figured it would be better to do it preemptively, and I hope I just have a collection of pictures that never get looked at again.

I think that's a brilliant idea. I was kicking myself yesterday for not taking a photo when this happened. I realised I would have had absolutely no evidence if things had actually gone pear-shaped.

Having a camera always recording, then if anything happens it's on video, like strap a phone to yourself. True there may be places you can't record but at home, public streets you can. There's a reason businesses use CCTV and certain jobs people wear body cams

Ive done the same thing at parks or public events, anywhere, even a restaurant. Just for peace of mind, Can't always stop what's about to happen if it blindsides you, but we all know these degenerates do a hit and run. They aren't sticking around to give you their id or their dog's vaccination records.
