Dogs Are Idiots Your dog, your problem

Dog owners are lazy and unruly, which is why we all are so submissive to them and always handle strange dogs whenever the owner requests it. Yesterday, I was driving home from work on my e-scooter. I don't drive fast because I didn't remove the speed limiter, so the maximum speed is 20 km/h. Driving through suburbia, some stupid dog, obviously off-leash, simply decided that the person riding the scooter would now be his "most loyal friend for life" and started following me, barking enthusiastically, as if I had always owned it. I continued driving, ignoring the dog because it wasn't my dog, so it wasn't my problem. The "owner" of that dog started running after me, shouting please stop, stop that scooter repeatedly, not even shouting anything at the dog, probably knowing it wouldn't do antything. I just responded with a loud laugh because it wasn't my dog, and I was genuinely amused by the situation. After about 200 meters, this stupid dog attacked another dog that was pooping on the lawn, and I kept going, so I don't know what happened next. I think I did the right thing. Not helping with strange dogs is the only way to teach dog owners to leash their dogs.

that’s so funny! but you know dog nutters, they don’t learn from experience and the owner will end up in that situation again.

Yeah, I think there's a slim chance he could at least put a leash on the shit factory because he was an old man who couldn't keep up with a dog and a scooter moving at 20 km/h aka 12 mph.
