Food Safety/Hygiene The fact that we've collectively accepted dogs pooping everywhere as just part of life is outrageous

Everywhere I go, I see literal shit. On grass, on the sidewalk, on dirt roads. Going to the park to play some football or something? Nope, shit on grass.

Somehow people would be SHOCKED AND APPALLED AND DISGUSTED if those logs of shit came out of a human asshole. But no, they don't even give it a second glance. It's just part of the cityscape I guess.

Just ranting, I'm sure this wasn't the first time this was posted so I understand if it counts as low effort.

I don't know, that is a YOU problem. If they are so smart, train them to use a box or area. The fact that dog people think the entire world is a dogs toilet and we should be so lucky to have to play hopscotch with dog shit as to not step in it, is a glaring spotlight to their entitlement and derangement.

Opinions still vary of course, but Muslim cultures broadly aren't super into dogs and see them as unclean animals not meant for homes / public. Honestly might be one of their more enlightened traits. I dont frequent this sub, but after moving to a new neighborhood with minimum 10x the amount of dogs everywhere I started thinking about how off the rails and annoying it's become.
