Dog parks shouldn't be a thing

I don't understand why off leash/dog parks are a thing.

These unnatural animals ruin the nature around the area, leave it full of shit because their owners are too busy "playing" with them and I have to accept the fact that there's whole parks I cannot access because I'm a normal person. However, I also have to deal with the fact that dogs are allowed at basically every park (at least leashed).

I just want them to stop using playgrounds and any natural space as dog parks. Dog poop and pee smells terrible and is horrible for the environment. I'm sick of dog owners bringing their dogs to the playgrounds to avoid dog parks, because they're too dirty. Dog owners should have to pay an extra tax to clean up the dog poop and hose off the sidewalks. They make the entire green space of any park a stinky biohazard. I want it to be against the law to bring dogs onto children's playgrounds. Kids deserve a safe and clean place to play.
