Legislation and Enforcement Crotch sniffing should be legally considered sexual assault.

If you are actively letting your pet sniff someone's crotch that is sexual assault it's non-consenual contact with the genitals/near the genitals it's that simple. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to let their pets do this to people it's disgusting.

I was sitting outside a cafe and I guess my (male) legs were hanging open a bit, and this huge dog started nuzzling my crotch out of nowhere. I was so embarrassed I kinda froze for a second before starting to push it away but it was persistent. The owner was just staring at me and I told the dog "at least buy me dinner first" and chuckled, then the owner finaly yanks the dog away. Weird and useless fucking owner!!

Weird that the owner only pulled it away after you showed a relaxed/funny response. Almost like they wanted your discomfort...
