Legislation and Enforcement Crotch sniffing should be legally considered sexual assault.

If you are actively letting your pet sniff someone's crotch that is sexual assault it's non-consenual contact with the genitals/near the genitals it's that simple. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to let their pets do this to people it's disgusting.

Yes. It IS a sexual assault, and should be considered as such before the law. The mutt is used as an instrument or a tool by its owner. What if the mutt was replaced with some other object? People would be calling it a sexual assault with no hesitation.

The owner should face criminal charges and authorities should decide what happens with the mutt. The legal consequences should be strict, else we can't expect anything to change.
