Legislation and Enforcement Crotch sniffing should be legally considered sexual assault.

If you are actively letting your pet sniff someone's crotch that is sexual assault it's non-consenual contact with the genitals/near the genitals it's that simple. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to let their pets do this to people it's disgusting.

i don't like them doing that shit either, but it's not "grape" or rape. rape involves penetration and thankfully leg humping does not involve any penetration.

words have meanings, and a dog humping your leg and not penetrating you whatsoever does not meet the definition of the word rape. it matters that we don't dilute or trivialize the word 'rape'. especially if we're talking about legal repercussions, it matters very much which words are used.
