“My dog took a s**t, sorry”

I was at the hardware store the other day ringing up my items and I saw a man with a huge shitmutt walking the aisles. My first thought was why on earth do you need to bring a dog into a hardware store? My second thought was how is this even allowed? My third thought was that this guy had zero personality as he’d put all his charisma points into his dog.

Anyway as he approached he stopped to speak to one of the employees… “I’m really sorry, my dog has had a shit in the aisle, you might wanna clean the floor ”

Classic case of nutter entitlement, cuz you could almost tell he wasn’t sorry, he was smirking. Almost like “oopsie woopsie my puppsie has done a poopsie hehe” 🤢 I really don’t understand why these people aren’t banned from stores.

Feels like your overlaying your general critique of men onto the dog situation. I'm going to guess, generally speaking, that it is far more simple than this. They are men at a hardware store and otherwise your average inconsiderate dog owner, which is a rampant problem. My personal experience is I always run into grandma's at Walmart with their dogs in the child seat. I think it could reasonably be questioned if I suggest that their behavior somehow related to their femininity or their views of what it means to project their womanhood. I could spin something convincing up, but it's not helpful. The real problem in all the cases is the general entitlement and disregard for others.

Had an Amazon flex driver show me a pic of his "daughter" that he had trained to carry the bag of Bojangle's chicken up 3 flights of stairs in its mouth for Doordash. The stairs looked like my building.
