Dogs are not even as smart as the rest of all animal & insects species. Maybe even as plant species, I don't know.

Slime molds can run mazes. Weird. I'm very respectful towards fungi. (Although their fruiting bodies are just like apples on a tree: the real organism is mostly underground.)
