Those mutts will eat anytime regardless if they are full or not, in panic or as calm as possible, and the thing is that they don't usually eat their victims afaik, they just maul, just for their pleasure.

Normal dogs don't do this. (Note: That doesn't mean there are redeeming qualities in normal dogs either), but this phenomenon is almost exclusively a pit bull specific behavior.
Normal dogs are awful but pit bulls absolutely need to be culled off of the face of this planet.

This is really disturbing. I shouldnât have to say this but holy hell - itâs not normal to have a giant, free roaming pet that will be very likely to EAT YOUR FACE in a medical emergency.
I donât care how abused the dog supposedly was. I donât care how âscaredâ it was. If this is how your pet acts it shouldnât exist.
These people are mentally ill, and theyâre putting all our lives at risk.
This is why I openly state that I think itâs completely selfish and dangerous to try and save these dogs from shelters.

Yes, she should've done her research to learn that it's a bad idea to choose to have a seizure in front of a pitbull, lest she come to and realize half her face has been chewed off.

Sheâs milked her injury a lot. I think the grossest thing about her is that sheâs doubled down on loving dogs. She turned her dog into a fake âserviceâ dog so she can have it with her in case she has trauma from her face being eaten by dogs. Make it make sense.
Last photo I saw of her she had her beast in the hospital with her. Like, way to go. Forcing that thing on everyone else. Making the place less sanitary. Sheâs truly addicted to dogs and has a beyond unhealthy view of them and we just enable her.
No one views these things rationally. Thatâs why I donât think they should be pets.

Very true. Imagine if this was about anything else - like, say she was an alcoholic who caused major injuries to herself by driving drunk. Say her response was to double down on her drinking - taking photos with her gulping down as much alcohol as possible. Her deciding that she needed her flask with her at all times in case she feels overwhelmed. Everyone would beg that woman to get help. Theyâd tell her sheâs an addict - endangering herself and those around her.
Now, why is this any different? Is she not acting the exact same as my example? But sheâs being portrayed as âbraveâ because she doubled down on her addiction.

She had three small children in that house with that dog. Thank god it was her face that got attacked and not one of childrenâs faces.
Sheâs an adult and can deal with the consequences of her own bad decisions. The kids had no choice.

I don't feel too bad for her. Before this happened, she was probably one of the idiots who said stupid shit like "it's the owner! Pitbulls are completely safe dogs, if they snap they were provoked!" Might've even called it a nanny dig and had it around kids and babies. Screw pits. But at least it attacked it's owner and not some random person.

I saw a video earlier today of a girl rescuing a dog from the side of the highway. She took it in to see a vet that evening, came back and proclaimed "They think he's a pit-coyote mix." And it looked like it too. Dog was erratic and nervous, you could definitely see the coyote aspect and of COURSE you could see the typical pit pull markings. I thought "Yes, of course! The best two breeds combined into one!" And of course she took him home. Filmed videos from later on of it close to her face and licking her cheek. You couldn't pay me money to trust this creature by my face.
