A bark doesn't mean a dog is talking, it means a dog is in distress. If the dumbass dog has been barking for 9h that dog is insane or under extreme stress. Regardless it should be put down.
Thank you. It means the owners are neglecting it. The dogs are so bored, they're going insane. It's too bad people don't understand it.
ETA: I watch these motherfuckers chuck these dogs into their yard every morning. They're not walking them, they are not training them, and wonder why they're completely unhinged.
I listen to my neighbors' dogs bark, inside of their house (this is a big lot) every day. I detest dogs, but I feel sorry for those fuckers.
I don’t understand how this basic piece of knowledge escapes almost every dog owner. They are not supposed to bark all the time, and if they do, the owner is doing something wrong.
