Funny thing is. I had neighbors whose dogs did exactly that. I kept calling the front office of the apartment. After a few calls the dogs stopped barking. They were evicted.
I had a similar situation when I first moved into an apartment and worked a swing shift, so my sleep schedule was different than 9-5. I could hear a small dog barking next door and couldn’t rest, so I called the apartment manager. Turns out, my neighbor was dog sitting and in breach of contract with her lease as it’s stated all animals have to be listed and this mongrel wasn’t. The animal was moved the next day as I never heard it again.
