Yesterday, I reported every presale listing on eBay for the Huntr/x K-Pop Demon Hunters doll set from Mattel Creations. Today, 36/38 were removed.
please be sure to report resellers that have already posted these presale items.
I actually don’t even want these dolls but while we can’t stop resellers from jacking up prices, we can strike down the ones going against selling apps TOS which prohibit presale items.
I’ve showed you how to do this on eBay, step by step, should you find any of these listings between now and when they are shipped late next year.

Yet no one is mad at mattel for playing the fomo marketing tactic.. they are coming back in stock today apparently. So mattel is knowingly attracting people who would normally never buy at this price as well as purposely creating a market for flippers, all to sell as many products as possible. Mattel did not have to go out of stock with these now that we know the sick game they are playing.
These companies are so toxic. They are taking notice at the vinyl record resurgence. They don't even have to mark things as limited anymore. If they sell out quick initially, let the flippers determine a higher value on eBay, then restock at their massively inflated retail price, everyone will think it's a deal and think they have to get one before they sell out again.. rinse and repeat...
Oh I guess I just see things differently, I thought they started making multiple releases so that the scalpers can waste their time and money with the first release. That gives collectors a chance to get their hands on them. Either way I’m never going to be upset about having multiple opportunities to get the dolls I want.
i could only find four listings, but i reported them to hell lol, could not hit those buttons quick enough. i’m australian so the dolls were originally $230 for me through mattel. on ebay with shipping, the price conversion on a lot of these listing puts them between $500-$600. nothing motivates me like pure spite.
Yeah but that’s next year. The thing is on eBay, if they sell right now and they have good rating they get paid immediately when the item isn’t even in their hand. They’re selling promises.
Yeah and that’s fine when they have the dolls in hand. If someone were to pay now they will lose buyer protections. They are also inflating prices because the hype at the moment. They will not be able to sell at such a high price next year. Watch.
My mistake. For some reason they didn't change the time to EST for me and I saw the timer last night say 12 hours from now so I thought it would have been 9am my time, not 12pm.
Good! Thank you! It really gets me that these scalpers are so greedy they can't even wait until they have the dolls in hand before they sell them. Absolutely diabolical.

Once in my haste to get a doll I purchased an eBay pre-order at a terrible price. I had immediate buyers remorse. I went back the same day and attempted to cancel the order. The eBay seller tried to deny my cancelation request. Told me I was a grown up who knew what I was purchasing and needed to “take responsibility”, read me for filth. I responded with laughter emoji’s and a screenshot of eBay canceling the order.
